Mobile Xyz Platform - A single

I wondered if a card that would treat a monster as an Xyz whilst on the field would have some kind of benefit or strategy that would give it high playability.

Target one non-Xyz monster you control and attach this card to it as an Xyz material. That monster is treated as an Xyz monster as long as this card is attached and gains the following effects:
- Once per turn, you may attach one monster you control to the targeted monster as an Xyz material.
- The targeted monster gains 500 ATK for each Xyz material attached to it. Once per turn, you may detach 2 Xyz materials from the target in order to have it attack directly this turn.

This is legit. Though I must say, the second effect is really really boring. Why not make it more interesting?
Oh, and I raise 1 question to this card's effect:
Did you intended to make the targeted monster remian as an Xyz while on the field, or only when it has materials attatched to it?

In regards to your first point, making the effect really powerful may be too much; as this is pretty easy too use with an existing Xyz or something equally as powerful. What effect would you suggest?
And for your second point, It was only intended to be an Xyz with the material in place; totally forgot to add that

Why not make it only targets non-Xyz monsters, so that target won't gain +materials with +effects?
And for the effect part, why not think of something unique. Something that isn't over rated. But balance.

Would only targeting non-Xyz's really cut off it's playability? (I know that's the point, for balance's sake, but I feel as if removing it makes it fairly useless. What kind of deck would benefit from using this card over another, more tailored card?)
I will however, try out a version with these amendments, and see what happens. I'm sure I can give it a spicy effect

I don't know, but maybe it's just me feeling that this card will overpower just any Xzy monster.
Giving the monster the ablitity to continiously absorb 1 material every turn.
It will allow your Xzy to apply their effects so so much more.
Example: Tiras, Keeper of Genesis

[/quote]Good point. At the moment, it can only effect non-Xyz monsters, and so has a more generous effect.
