[color=#000000][font=sans-serif][size=3]I know, I know, why the history lesson? Well, I attempted to instill this idea with Destiny HEROs. Although, in this case, I attempted to show it through swarming. Perhaps not the best idea, but it is what it is. Anyway, Destiny HEROs are fairly weak monsters overall. Getting them out to stay on the field is difficult at best. So, I came up with this sort of way to get more D-HEROs out on the field.

Now, before you tell me this card is practically useless in the meta, I didn't actually design it to follow some of the more popular decks (i.e. Idk how this would work in Diamond Dude Turbo), but I think it would open new opportunities to get out some of the more powerful heavy hitters of the archetype (Hello, Plasma).[/size][/font][/color]

Once per turn, when either player takes damage in a battle involving a "HERO" monster you control: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Destiny HERO" monster from your Deck with an ATK less than or equal to the amount of damage inflicted. If you do this: You can add 1 Clock Counter to 1 "Clock Tower Prison" on the field. If there is a "Clock Tower Prison" on the field: You can remove 4 Clock Counters from that card and send this card to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Destiny HERO - Dogma" or "Destiny HERO - Plasma" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard (regardless of its effects).

It may be broken, it may be OP'd, it may be UP'd, or it may be the card of your dreams. Either way, review it.

While I've no comments on the meta, I don't think it's good practice to have key cards to a Deck be cont. spells with no protection. 3 MSTs can cause a serious issue for that (and, y'know, Heavy). Especially when there's no way to search it as far as I'm aware, making it really quite difficult to reliably have this on the field. Lots of dead hands caused by that.
