A Level 2 member who doesn't know how to actually post an image of the card? That's rare. Next time, just please post the image and not external links. There are many ways to do that. I use Photobucket for mine.

 

Anyway, as to the card...it's not that good. First off, the wording of it is kind of weird. I get what you are going for, but it is still awkward. I'm guessing this was made with an E-HERO deck in mind? Because that is the only deck that comes to mind that would even benefit from this, and they don't run Vanillas much if at all anymore. However, I'd call this card OP'd. Because you summon them from your Deck. I know you had Fusion in mind with this, but it works better to Xyz Summon.

 

And one last problem...a better version of this card exists already.
