pppaulius Posted January 14, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 14, 2013 I plan to make some future legendaries like Lugia and Ho-Oh rituals, not a big fan of XYZ but I will consider it. DuelPortal is a program where people play with cards made in YCM and YugiCo, it's state right now is kind of buggy and broken so I'm waiting for a web version to come out before I make an actual community of those cards. The pics are good to great, the effects well-made and tactically usable in many ways, the characters are balanced for the most part (could put in some handling here and there) and the overall impression is just: "ADD THIS TO THE GAME!" Once again I'm not rushing with the Duel Portal since it's very buggy as it is now so I'll get them up once the bugs are fixed. P.S. Uploaded some Johto, more will most definitely follow... One problem; with the "XP" counter concept, you should state that evolution monsters cannot be normal summoned or set. pppaulius Posted March 30, 2013 Author Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Actually I did this intentionally because they CAN be normally Tribute Summoned, the "XP" counters are just an easier and Special Summon-able way. These cards do exist in their own Universe so I doubt people would make a double Normal Tribute Summon spamming deck since ordinary Tribute Summon is kind of slow and somewhat dull. I think people would prefer spamming draw cards to get couple counters and SS the cards than double tribute NS... My ordinary logic for that is just that sometimes you can catch evolved Pokemon (at least 1st stage) so if the basic or baby stage seems useless to you, you can skip it. I'd even go as far and say perfect. you took so much time and effort making each one making them unique. yugioh really should invest in the idea of making yugioh pokemon cards. they would so hire you to make them. some of these pokemon I haven't even seen, it's been a while since I have, but this just encouraged me to go get a nintendo ds and buy some pokemon games, and for that I thank you. Also doubt they would go through the trouble of hiring that internet guy but hey, you never know. Trust me NDS and Pokemon are worth every penny you spend on them, I should be thanking you for the support you give the franchise. Pokemon like Haunter really work well when they are scary, I'd really like it to stay that way, I may think about changing the Tenta art though...
