I have a few:

Bottom Dweller Predator:
Pretty overpowered because you could have a Dinosaur equip card in your deck. With that, you can wipe out all of your opponent's Traps and Spells.

Giganto the Ferocious:
That's the most overpowered Dinosaur I have ever seen. You could destroy anything, or win the duel, simply by having 2 Dinosaurs on your side of the field.

King Rex:
If you're going to have to tribute 3 Dinosaurs, The attack has to be MUCH higher.

For bottom dweller: Yea I was planning on making bottom dweller weaker? What ATK do you suggest?

For Giganto: How should i fix this? I believe there is already an existing card with an effect very similar to this card's but i cant remember its name.

For King Rex: So your saying he is underpowered? What ATK should I gave him? Remember 'coz if the card's controller's LP is less than 3000, he can attack directly.

Bottom Dweller:
Somewhere between 0-1200.

Giganto:
You can fix it by paying life points to activate the effect.

King Rex:
Make it around 3500-4000. I think you should remove the "Attack Directly" part, and replace it with something else. Maybe something that supports Dinosaur-Type monsters when you are under 3000 life points.
