[b]When this monster is Normal Summoned successfully, you can destroy one monster on your opponents side of the field. During each of your Standby Phases, you can Special Summon 1 "Diversion Token" (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 3/ ATK 1000/ DEF 1000) in Attack Position. This Token is also treated as "Hitman". This card cannot be targeted by any of your opponents card effects, as long as there is a "Diversion Token" on your side of the field.[/b]

[b]You can only equip this card to "Hitman". Except for "Hitman", you must switch every monster on your side of the field to Attack Position, and reduce their Attack to 0 for as long as this card remains on the field. Monsters effected by this card can only change battle positions by another card's effect. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase you can destroy one face-up monster on your opponents side of the field.[/b]

[b]You can only equip this card to "Hitman". Reduce the equipped monster's Attack Points to 0. As long as the monster remains on the field in Attack Position you can destroy one Spell or Trap card on your opponents side of the field during each of your Standby Phases.[/b]

Honestly not bad, surprisingly well balanced, and certainly better than most 'first posts' here.

OCG on Counter Intelligence seems a little off, but can't find anything wrong offhand, though a more experienced eye might find something.

Snipe is a powerful card, very useful, though maybe make it half the ATK/DEF, unless its how you want it (meaning most likely used to protect Hitman).

Infiltrate is also handy, but not overpowering, since it has a drawback of up to 600 LP on each side in most cases, good combo with Bad Reaction To Simochi.

Profit might be too much, maybe make it half the DEF, since that can be a huge gain with his 2500 ATK.

Tribute and Solitude are excellent cards, especially as a combo, combined with his Diversion Token.

All in all, probably the best 'first set' I've ever seen.
