Coeur de Mons
I thought that synchros are not very good any more, so I did this card that works with synchros and xyz. Okay?
Mehmani
In terms of balance, I think it's pretty good. Perhaps the Spell/Trap is a bit too little a cost for a free Synchro/Xyz, essentially, but the once per duel clause rounds it out nicely. It is quite well produced in that regard. The pic is fitting and it is aesthetically pleasing, apart from the non-existent © Kazuki Takahashi clause. Although, I think with such openers as Tour Guide around, this guy is reasonable competition. Its level three status makes him good for Xyz Summoning after its effect is spent. ~Shin~
Since some spell/trap cards and equiped monsters (I am not sure this card can use them) like those of "Dragunity" and "Inzectros" activate there effects when sent to the graveyard and/or are useful in it, it may be better to add "You can send 1 Spell.... to the Graveyard and negate its effect this turn" or to change "send" to "banish". Also because there are enough summon negating effects, if what is limited by "once per Duel" is a successful summon of "Frost and Flame Tiger" by its first effect, this card would be more useful, though I believe too useful. Lastly, being a FIRE monster with 200 DEF makes it searchable by flamvell cards, IMO that is not good. Any monster that can be SS at a common and low cost, can and will put into a combo that will make it look broken, so this card should never be seen as balanced IMO. You did not bring anything new just another SS effect, however you did came up with something useful, I see that this card concept, playability, OCG and stats are well done, so you just need a bit more work on its balance. I hope this helps.
Strider Tigerwolf
Sangan target, perfect for removing unwanted/useless Spell/Traps, Level 3 Tuner for Synchro flavors, can potentially trigger Inzektor plays but not as much as they would do so themselves, and it's a rekindling target. It's ability to be used in a rekind/inzektor deck would be interesting since it would be a tech, but the design is actually nice. Now I can main Skill Drain, and if things go wrong, I just remove it for the cost and bam, go into Xyz/Synchro.
Bobbyman46
I feel like giving up a Spell or Trap card is a hefty cost for Special Summoning a level 3 tuner. In reality, Birdman is better and can be used multiple times. You should definitely take out the once per duel thing. It makes the card a lot worse than it should be. Ghost_Image
A lot of times, you'll be using a useless S/T to summon him, like a used up Call of the Haunted, but I still think it's a balanced summoning condition. The fact that it's a rekindling target irks me more; there are enough abusive synchro plays with that card, that a deck that abuses it really doesn't need another good tuner. Bobbyman46
So make it a 300DEF so rekindling cant be used on it.
