wightpower
It's been a while since I remember seeing a good dinosaur card. I like the image, the stats are good, but I think it's effect might be a little unbalanced. I feel like 500 Life Points is way to small a price to pay for getting to both kill an opponent's monster, pretty much regardless of what it is, and get ammunition for an Xyz monster. If I'm the only one who feels this way, definitely keep it as it is, because it's a cool card. I just feel like maybe you could swing it like "When this card is used as an Xyz Material in the Xyz Summon of a Dragon-Type or Winged-Beast-Type Monster, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and destroy it. During your Main Phase, if this card is used as Xyz Material, your opponent gains 500 Life Points." Something along those lines. You get a one-shot effect to destroy an opponent's monster, but at the risk of giving them more life points if this card continues to be Xyz material. Not the best idea, but it's a suggestion. The OCG seems perfectly fine, in any case. I am curious, though. Why Dragon and Winged-Beast monsters instead of other Dinosaurs?
newhat
This is a reasonable card, since there are currently no Rank 4 Dinosaurs nor any Xyz Winged-Beasts and therefore no way to use its effect without Level modification. There's no quick way to turbo this card out for an Xyz Summon either. If anything, this card is underpowered by being Level 4. At Level 3, you could use it for Grenosaurus (tee-hee). If so, it would be appropriate to cut its DEF a little. Unless you intended some combo with Star Light, Star Bright. At Level 5, it would be much harder to get out, but you could use it for Volcasaurus...and that would be redundant. Or Freezerdon if there's some kind of crazy Inferno Reckless setup that I'm not seeing. I like cards that are short enough that posting lore isn't necessary. Otherwise I'd advise making it Level 3 and giving it an effect that can make it Level 5.

This means you can make Laggia/Dolkka with it, which I'm sure TC had thought of. The card itself is great, though, I'm a big fan and the effect seems fair enough seeing as the card has low ATK and takes up a normal summon. Well done. Why winged-beast? cuz they did 1 archtype with dinos into dragons. but the Raptor-like dinos evolved into birds so im makin an archtpe that goes from "Raptor"s into "Raptrix" a few small dino-like birds. In that case, there are lots of useful targets, the Evolzars and Kachi Kochi and stuff.
