TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
During your Main Phase 1, Flip 1 coin. If Heads, until your Standby Phase, negate the effects of all Level 5 or lower monsters on the field. If Tails, target 1 monster on the field, until your Standby Phase, negate the effects of the targetted monster.

wightpower
I like it. There's really nothing wrong with the idea or the OCG that I can see. I think this one makes for a good WATER monster, a good Beast-Warrior, and just a good "negates the enemy's plans while beating them over the head with raw power" sort of monster that I use IRL. Plus, I don't think there have been enough good coin toss effects recently. They're always fun, and with Blizzard Giant, heads and tails are both good options. Definitely keep him at level 7. Requiring two tribute monsters seems like a decent cost to get him on the field since his effect doesn't really have a downside.
TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
Thank you very much for the feedback. I was tired of making Special Summoning monsters, its tedious trying to balance out the ability to do so, and there are so many of them, it's irksome. And I did want to bring back the coin toss and make it so each side has a positive, Tails having the possibility of being the better one in certain situations.
