This effect does not include much of a cost. As advice, I think it'd be most effective if you were to require a certain amount of cards in you/and or your opponent's hands in order to use the effect, otherwise this would be deadly in a mill deck.

True it would be amazing in a Mill deck....maybe instead it makes both players draw only 1 or 2?

Amazing in mill deck? This card is overpowered beyond belief in ANY deck. It clears the field and let you draw 5. In considering it's your turn you would have a crazy advantage by then (unless your deck sucks). The once per turn clause in useless too, as it would sent itself to graveyard by effect. Of course there is always the chance of you and your oppopent getting horrible draws, but that is still barely a down side. Hand destruction is already limited and Chaos Dragon Envoy of the End is banned; you squished them together in this card. Sorry if i sound rude, but plz fix your card. I know you're new and want to make awesome cards that help you win games, but don't overextend the limits of how powerful a card can be.

I'm assuming the "all other" part of the effect was left out. And yes as I said make a minimum hand requirement. Ur basically pulling a Final Destiny/Morphing Jar.
