Adster94
Post any cards Relevant to the tags, they can be from any of the books (good artwork in the books), or the film adaptations. Please let me know what you think of my cards on this thread. All feedback will be much appreciated. Valarauko (Singular for Valaraukar) means 'Demon of Might'. Quenya form corresponding to Sindarin: Balrog. There are lots of characters from the books with several alternate names with different meanings. I've created some interesting cards that need some work but I'll post them frequently.
Xi-3
Is that the Balrog? Because if it is, I was under the impression it was around the strength of a Level 8 creature, to challenge Gandalf.
Adster94
Yes it is the Balrog, but I'm trying to keep the cards realistic, so I don't want to overpower all of the cards. There are more powerful versions of each card posted below, including a Level 8 Balrog powerful enough to challenge Gandalf as you pointed out. [Edited] Legolas translates into 'Green Leaf' At the end of the Return of the King, Aragorn is crowned 'King Elessar Telcontar' by Gandalf. Here are some more cards; like the Aragorn cards, they are essentially the same characters, but vary in level and name. 'Lady of the Golden wood' is a title given to Galadriel. Gorthaur is an alternate name for Sauron in Sindarin. Sauron means 'The Abhorred'. -THE ONE RING- You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. This card can be placed in the spell and trap zone from your hand and be treated as an equip spell card giving the equipped monster the following effects: -The equipped monster's ATK and DEF is halved. -The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle and you take no battle damage from battles involving the equipped monster. -You must pay 100 life points during each of your standby phases. If you do not, destroy the equipped monster. When the equipped monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard, you can pay 500 life points to return this card to your hand. Bilbo Baggins
It's funny I was thinking of makeing a thread about this exact thing when I saw it so thank you. As you probably guessed I'm a big fan of Tolkien and his works.Morgoth would be a great attachment to the Balrog since its a Balrog of Morgoth. Adster94
Thanks for the positive comment and it's good to see another Tolkien fan, thats a good idea you have. I have made all of the Valar cards related to Melkor and Eru etc. For the Balrog I was going to make a more powerful one such as Gothmog, but hey thanks. Stick around and I'll post more. Feel free to do the same.
Bilbo Baggins
Okay I think I know but its better to ask another tolkien fan the Valar is the people who live in the undieing lands and what sauron use to be correct.Isn't gothmog a lutenent of morgul
Adster94
Yeah pretty much, Eru created the Ainur (later Valar) and they became gods in their own right, creating the world as they wanted, and Sauron was originally a Maiar (A powerful yet lesser being than the Valar) of Aule, but turned evil because of Melkor.
Thanks a lot, and it is a shame people don't share our view on this too. I suppose I was expecting too much for people to understand the majority of these cards, but hopefully they might learn something. Still, I hope everyone will think well of them; after all, you don't need to be an expert on the topic to make a judgement.

Dragonmagus
These cards are amazing! I'm a huge fan of Tolkien and I think you did a splendid job on these cards! I am currently working on a Grima Wormtongue card, with a couple versions of the King Théoden, plus more. I'll post them as soon as I have perfected them.
