ihop Posted October 7, 2012 Report Share Posted October 7, 2012 Not really much to say about it as it's pretty balanced, has a well-thought out effect and near perfect OCG, although by "used for a Summon" do you mean all types of summons, including Tribute Summons, Xyz Summons and Synchro Summons?
