"daah boss" is a nefarious mastermind with all kinds of dirty tricks. Like any other underworld king pin monster he is at his best when he already winning and when aided by his servants and or allies "the nefarious Sulua-Doi Family" ensures he will keep on winning as they help gives him a unfair advantage.

When this card is Normal Summoned: you can draw 1 card. While this card is in ATK Position when any player Summons a monster(s) (except tokens monsters and "Sulua-Doi Ectovvay X man") you can Special Summon 1 "Blindly Faithfull Citizen Token" (Thunder-Type/FIRE/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in DEF Position. These Tokens cannot be used in a Synchro Summon or Tributed for a Tribute Summon. Once per turn during any player's turn you can tribute 1 face-up "Blindly Faithfull Citizen Token" you control, then your opponent loses 400 Life Points. Once per turn during any player's turn, while this card is Xyz Material attached to a Xyz Monster while your Life Points are lower than your Opponent's Life Points, your opponent lose 300 Life Points.

This card can not be destroyed by Battle. Once per turn during any player's Stanby Phase while you have more Life Points than your Opponent, this card gain ATK equal the difference between your Life Points and your Opponent's until the End Phase. Once per turn if this card attacks or is attacked, while you have more Life Points you than your Opponent can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card target this card and the attacking or attack target then you gain Life Points equal to the difference of this card's ATK and the other target's ATK.

This card can not be destroyed by Battle. Once per turn during any player's Stanby Phase while you have more Life Points than your Opponent, this card gain 200 ATK for every face-up Thunder-Type monsters and FIRE monsters you control until the End Phase. During you Main Phase 1 or your Battle Phase You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; until your next Standby Phase, double this card's ATK. You can not Equip sany cards to this card.

Twice per turn during your Main Phase 1 you can select 1 of the effects: * you can tribute this face-up card you control to add 1 "Sulua-Doi Age of the Mage" from your Deck to your hand, if you activate "Sulua-Doi Age of the Mage" this turn you lose 800 Life Points. * you can reveal 1 "Sulua-Doi" monster in your hand then you can Normal Summon a "Sulua-Doi" monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. (except the card that was revealed with this card effect). *Send 1 Thunder-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

There's an aesthetic problem with these cards. They have too much on them. It's fine if you want to make a complex archetype with minor burn from each monster that eventually powers up your monsters, but is it necessary to have Level 3 monsters that gain a Level? You might make a powerful archetype-specific Rank 3 Xyz, but right now it's just needless complication. The names are also wordy in odd ways ("Vampsnarric"? "Blindly Faithful Citizen Token"?). For the first monster, you had to spend a sentence to let it Tribute a Token during either player's turn for 400 burn; perhaps you could remove the Synchro/Tribute limitations and the Token could just be a Token. For the monsters that work as Xyz Material, it would be reasonable to take out the condition that your Life Points must be lower, and you don't need to mention that it works during either player's turn as it's a Trigger Effect.

it focus on having more lp and rank 4 xyz summoning and or swarming for massive beatdown tatics
the low burn was attempted for a balancing to help out when losing lp wise or to keep on winning
vampsnarric vamp vampire snarric snare as he helps snare lp away as he is a vampire like uuuhhh thing whatever they can not all be gems
blindly faithfull citizen token as in an italian citizen who puts his trust in the wrong people which ends up costing him his life goes with the theme
synchro tribute limitation removal ? oh god no everytime when any player summons a monster ss 1 token that could be horrible broken and or abusable

life lower is part of the life higher than your opponent thing and an attempt to help balance as just focusing on one aspect would weaken the entire thing as soon you start losing or winning the duel all your monster effect would be useless

how would you word the effects

-300 or +500 is -300 or +500 whether you're winning or losing. If you're already winning, increasing the distance between your Life Points and your opponent's will help you avoid dropping too low if you eventually lose Life Points somehow.
