All-purpose card. Aside from that...tribute...it allows deadly plays. Raviel supported!

The reason it was placed as level 7 was so you could XYZ 7, although I wanted it to be 9, but if I did that, it couldn't support synchro monsters (Level 8 with level 1 tuner)

well as lv 7 its to slow for the normal summon effect part but thats just me though

Well the card in my opinion is really cool as for the artwork, and the name suits it pretty well haha but as for the effect of it, it's really nice. It can chain into so many different combos, i would definitely love to have something like this however he is a bit slow to summon when compared to the current cards coming out. However you said you wanted him to be level 9 sop maybe you could add sonmething where if he is in face-up attack he gains 2 levels? then maybe that will balance out the fact that he is slow to summon. Just my opinion, but a great card none the less
