Tribute 2 level 12 monsters and select a card name on the current forbidden TCG list. After this card's effect successfully resolves, this card returns to your hand. This card is treated as and becomes that card in your own hand, and deck (or side deck) until it is removed from the field. After it is removed from the field, it is banished face-down.
