Sora1499
First off, what is with the card template you used? Effect monsters aren't black, they're yellow, regardless of how "cool" it makes them look. Now, with that out of the way, my review. In today's meta, destroying cards, particularly monsters, is a quite common occurrence. Nothing stays on the field for very long unless it's backed up by backrow trap cards. This card's effect is extremely powerful, as it has high Atk AND a protection effect. Seriously. The cards you'd have to use would be a high leveled monster OR a spell/trap card. Twice. And did I mention that this card also has the ability to banish cards? Well I did now. In addition, this card can use its effect during both turns, so mirror or sakuretsu can't kill it. You could also have this card attack an opponent's monster, send the card from the deck ot the graveyard, and then banish it. This card can protect itself and plow through almost anything. Broken card, simple as that.

And your right, this card is powerful but that doesn't go without saying it's not to oped. This guy is hindered by the fact it can't be special summoned. Also.......this was an error on my part but its attack is suppose to be 1600. Now as for the card design. Yeah yeah, why you criting that? Yeah it's an effect monster but it's just a card. Even if they made this into a real card the'd use the normal design. It's simple just for fun.
Sora1499
Meh, my aesthetic doesn't like it. With 1600 Atk it's not broken because it can be run over more easily. And it can't be special summoned, yes, but what would special summon this anyways? I'd like an example of a high tier deck/card that would special summon this. Strider Tigerwolf
First up, the lore fix: Cannot be Special Summoned. In addition, if the card sent was a DARK or WIND monster; Banish 1 card your opponent controls. Since you said the stats were 1600 and not 1900 let's begin. Card isn't broken, but it IS leaning towards bad design. It can stay on the field once per turn against heavy removal such as Dark Hole, Torrential Tribute and rewards you by milling your deck if such actions are attempted. It also laughs at D. Prison and 1 handed removal, even BATTLE Destruction which can be a no no. So what makes this card not in par with Zenmaines who does a similar thing? Zenmaines can be manipulated in such a way where it can either pop itself OR pop something useful you have. Not only that but it only protects itself from Destruction, not removal which makes it easy to get rid of with Black Corn or D.Prison and such. The effect on this card...is just too powerful, Another thing is that the way it's worded makes it also immune to removal by cost, making Icarus Attack a 1 handed "pop 2" while your monster lives. I think you may want to tone down that shield effect...

Strider Tigerwolf
My bad >_< the image got to me. But as a fairy, it's probably even more flexible, along with the fact that it's DARK as well because Chaos Fairies could see good play from it. Not only that but it to some extent makes Archlord Krystia slightly more consistent. Not much, but just a tad bit more.

They Search, Special and Set-up all at the same time, and they also have a better form of mill called E-HERO Prisma. I DO see this card as a tech with Lightsworns though as it offers a Protection Mill and is chaos food for BLS/Sorcerer

Now its removal only triggers if a card effect makes it removed. Also I scaled down the image and fixed the atk.
Strider Tigerwolf
It actually looks more balanced now. DARK/WIND decks will hardly get any benefit from the mill (though D-HERO Turbo says otherwise along with PURE DARK), and it's still susceptible to battle which given it's moderate stats, can easily be picked off. Still a nice card now though and potently useful.
MaliceACard
Am I the only one reading the "Once per turn" part? If your first way of getting rid of it fails, then use something else. Lets say he summons it, I use something like Trap Hole, he uses the effect, if the card sent to the grave was not a DARK or WIND monster then my monster is safe to destroy it. There are many ways you can get this off the field. It is not a bad card and the effect isn't really over powered.
Well if you did use trap hole it would be on my turn and you would have just wasted a card to begin with. Now mind you this card was much stronger before the edit. Pretty much, you pulled this and you could DH to wipe your opponent clear and possibly a back row. Then next turn your opponent would half to attack this twice in order to get rid of it with the chance of banishing another card. First bit of what I said is a fail, but there are many card combinations that someone could use to get rid of your monster.
Phantasy Dreamz
Imagine 3 of these with Dark Simorgh Considering it's alter attribute effect always applies, these+WIND/DARK can always give your Simorgh. Lady Ninja says she love this card in Simorgh deck. Run an all WIND+DARK deck w/ Simorgh, totally hightens your chance of eliminating 2 or your opponent's cards ATK/DEF pretty well solid on The name is pretty plain
