Nevertheless, my review: In a skull servants deck, this card would be absolutely broken. You can easily send it to the graveyard, THEN add King of the Skull Servants, THEN turn aforementioned King into a 3k beater in 2 turns or less. Also, since it's a fiend, tour guide can grab it and Xyz zenmaines, leviathan, or leviair, the last one being able to bring back Mezuki. OP'd? I'd say so.
