Hi, hi, these are my Pokemon Cards for the Electric-type!

For those who recognize my username, I did have a thread that had a compilation of all the Pokemon Cards that I had created, but over time, the thread became a little hard to maintain, what with the broken images and the excessive load time it took to display each card I had created (which was well over 100 at the time, I think...) and overall, I didn't like the end product of some of them. As a result, I've decided to start again from scratch (as for the other types I completed already, they'll be refurnished and put into a different thread), and instead put a different link to different threads for each of the types. My hope is that it clears the clutter that the original thread had and hopefully make it easier for people to navigate.

Those who don't remember how I split up typing, I do it by primary typing, with the exception of Normal/Flying types. For example, Bulbasaur, a Grass/Poison type, would be put in the Grass thread, not the Poison thread. However, Pidgey, a Normal/Flying type, would go into the Flying thread (after all, how wasteful would a thread dedicated to just one Pokemon be?) along with the other Normal/Flying types.

Electric-types don't necessarily follow any sort of "trend", but their effect are usually pretty fast-acting, getting out of the hand or being able to launch direct attacks. I am actually rather fond of Electric-types, as they just generally look cool. They're a motley crew of rodents, beasts, birds, and machines, so they're a very versatile type. They tend to have pretty interesting effects, so they're sure to keep your enemies on their toes!

Also, if there's any suggestions for cards in this section ONLY that you would like to see, then go ahead and let me know and I'll deem whether or not it should appear.

If you want to keep these realistic, there is a 'Thunder' type for monsters in Yugioh :I
There isn't actually much to say because these are really good and have low mistakes overall, but I'd like to point out a few things:
With Rotom, it says 'and one WIND Attribute monster'. It shouldn't have the word attribute, just 'WIND monster' or whatever attribute you are talking about.
I notice in a lot of cards you capitalize the word 'tribute' and variations, but I believe you shouldn't capitalize it.
In 'Pokemon Technique - Bolt Strike', it says 'the Battle Phase is automatically ended.' The wording and tense is off, I think it should be 'the Battle Phase ends.'

That's all I could find, but whatever. Good work :)

Thanks for the note! As far as typing goes, I know it should probably be Thunder, or other types in such cases, but that makes the Pokemon Techniques EXTREMELY difficult to manage what cards are able to use them and what shouldn't. It's mostly for that reason, but if you have a better way of managing them, I'd be happy to hear it.

The wording errors are a nice way to save space, yes. I looked up the Attribute thing, and yes, you're correct, so once I get around to finding all of them, I'll edit. However, I do believe that "Tribute" is supposed to be capitalized. Thanks again!

 • 2 weeks later...

Edit: Yes, after much pressuring from others, I've decided to change the types to actual Yu-gi-oh types. Therefore, from now, on, I'll just be posting the monsters. Moves will come as soon as I find a way to distribute them without leaving cards out.
