First off, I would appriciate it if you took a minute out of your life to comment on this card. Now, onto the immportant stuff tha actually matters.

These cards are made to support the "Venom" archtype. They each have effects that the monsters are lacking in. On to the cards!

This makes venoms usable. Before, venoms were an ultra-slow set with pathetic stats that relied on a single field spell card to be remotely competent. Venoms' biggest weakness was that, without venom swamp, they were useless. They couldn't use their venom counters to harass your opponent. Cards like Venomous Seduction and Constricter are just what venoms need to get the ball rolling: cards that take advantage of venom counters to activate powerful yet balanced effects. Marine and Chained Snake are nice searchers that allow you to obtain venoms' greatest asset: Venom Swamp. Surprising Strike is deceptively UP'd, but with these new cards, it could be put to good use. Marine and Constricter can use thier effects and never need to attack, but otherwise the summoned card is a naught more than a big meatshield. Maybe remove the "The summoned monster cannot declare an attack" clause.

Even with these advancements, I doubt that venoms would ever reach a tier level above 3 or 4. They're just too slow to compete with Hieratics, Inzektors, Six Sams, or Wind-Ups. However, these cards have sped em up a bit, changing them from "DON'T USE EVER THEY SUCK" to "Eh, they might be fun to use". In order for venoms to become remotely competitive, you'd have to redesign the entire set. Overall, nice job.

Chained Venom Snake is like reeeally good, I think it should have an attack of something like 500 to make it a bit more balanced, but I do like the idea of never having to search anything redundant. Constrictor seems pretty interesting, but Venom seems a little redundant as with the amount of search power you have for swamp you shouldn't worry too much about it dying. Surprising strike seems a little good too, I would negate the effect too so it can only really be used as Xyz fodder, but allow it to be tributed for a tribute summon for Boa.
