Stewie510
Nice cards. Love the artwork. But I think Euphoria the Dragon Wing is a bit OP being a level 4 tuner and having that affect. Maybe level 3?
Sora1499
For a new member, these are GREAT! Usually newbies cook up horribly OP'd and/or UP'd cards, but these are pretty good: competitive, but not horribly OP. However, I say pretty good, not perfect. The set still has its problems. I'll go through these individually first: 1. This searching effect is the entire body of the deck. You can search Phoenix to special summon it and pump out a sweet level 7 synchro like black rose OR, if you're in a pinch, catastor. You could also search Euphoria and special summon it with Burst for either of the Carnival Master Synchros or a level 8 like red dragon or stardust. The chance effect is original, but drastically OP, as any damage you'd take is outweighed by the benefit: an instant synchro card. 2. I already mentioned the most usable combo with Euphoria. 3. Burst provides nice synchro and/or Xyz food, which is good. Nothing else to say about this card: it's just a nice potential material card that gets more carnivals in play. 4. OP'd. Yeah, really OP'd. You can instantly summon it with Clash or Gio and raise their levels by up to 2 for an insta-synchro. Changing the clause to once per turn should balance this card out more. 5. Clash is also a bit OP'd. You can search Phoenix with Gio, summon this and Phoenix, and then search another Phoenix to summon. Then again, maybe I'm just being uptight, as this would be a pretty good combo. It's fine like it is. 6. Burn's effect wouldn't see as much use as some of the other monsters. It'd basically solely be used as a material, or, in rare cases, an emergency revival machine for Phoenix or Euphoria. 7. The fact that its summoning conditions aren't on the card really bothers me. Please post them. As for the card itself, it would probably be used as synchro material for Lord of Flaming after you added another Phoenix and used its effect to lower its level by 1. The Atk gain gives it some flexibility if your deck is fresh out of Phoenixes, but otherwise it's fluff. 8. Flaming Blades is the real boss monster of the deck. It can bring back Phoenix or Euphoria to bring out another one and its effect stops sangan, masked dragon, and mystic tomato in their tracks. 9. Claw would probably be used as an emergency beater, although giving it more Atk would make it more usable. As a set, great job! I recommend that you add cards that return carnivals to the deck to reuse phoenix and euphoria as well as a lower level carnical synchro, just in case. Overall, 8.5/10, 9/10 with fixes

Personally, I would say it is balanced. It is not like Stratos, search out Bubbleman ss it blade armor ninja detach stratos monster reborn on stratos and make another blade armor ninja with bubbleman. Cuz this card only be actiavted once per turn. I can't nerf it more, it would suck. And being just a searcher card would be boring. 2. Yeah. Think I will make it a lvl 3 3. It opens up big plays, like Mystletainn (whatever it's called) does for Dragunities. 4. Made it lvl 1 and only once per turn. 5. I would aslo say it's quite balanced. Uh well, it's not broken at least. Big part of big plays, and adds consistency. 6. It is a good finisher when you didn't really squeeze the last juice out of their life points. At least 1 would be good, 7. Fix'd 8. Is it overpowered? 9. 2300 is enough. Will post them in a second.
These look great! That's why the name just sets me off. Carnival stars..it just doesn't feel right.
I imagine them as animals at a show, who helps each other doing the tricks they need to do, and making them together forms a Synchro. Why I picked the name. Thanks though! Strider Tigerwolf
The deck would basically run to bring out +s Synchros with some minor swarm abilities for Xyz Summons, but generally Synchros would be the ideal price. Current deck would probably have the following "core": Gio x 3 Euphoria x 3 Burst x 2 Phoenix (may want to fix the spelling) x 3 Clash x 3 Burn x 0-1 Time Warp x 3 Hyper Energy x 1 How would the deck work? Key is to basically Summon, Search and Synchro. You achieve this by activating Gio, Burst and Clash depending on what you want to get, and how you are going to get it. Gio gives you access to basically Levels 4-6 with Phoenix, allowing you to get the archtype's Synchro Monster, "Battlewing" and allows you to recycle the monsters used for it's Synchro Summon. (BTW, Battlewing needs it's Synchro Materials). However, if you have a really good hand, you can actually pull off at least a double Synchros if you add just 1 more monster when a Summon takes place: Clash. Combo is as follows: Normal Summon Gio, Search Phoenix, then Special Phoenix by its own effect. Special Clash with his own effect. Use Phoenix's effect to +/-1 Level on a Cardnival Monster you control and let it resolve. Clash's effect kicks in, Add another Phoenix to your hand, Special that Phoenix. Now you have several options. You can:

+2 the Level of Clash so that it's Level 7. Synchro Gio + Phoenix for T.G. Hyper Librarian. Synchro Second Phoenix + Clash for Level 8 synchro monster, and draw 1.
-1 the Level of Clash to Level 4. Synchro Gio + Phoenix for T.G. Hyper Librarian. Synchro Second Phoenix + Clash for Level 5 synchro monster, and draw 1. You can even Xyz if you want after, but that may not be to your liking.
+1 the Level of Clash so that it's Level 6. Synchro Gio + Phoenix for T.G. Hyper Librarian. Synchro Second Phoenix + Clash for Level 7 synchro monster, and draw 1. Potential combo with BRD or others though the Level 8 should be more preferable.
Do note: Clash can be activated "En-mass" so a situation where Shooting Quasar Dragon can be Summoned may be possible, but would require a decent god hand to do (or a One for One given you Summon the third Phoenix without it) Burst gives you access to you nearly ALL your Extra Deck monsters as it can go anywhere from Level 5-9 Synchros in a heart beat, as well as plenty of Xyz room. The thing about him is that he can even Summon himself which renders the deck, and having 3 of these guys in hand could be godly...given the way he Specials, let me show you: Normal Gio -> add/Special Phoenix #1. Phoenix #1 brings Gio to Level 5. Tribute Phoenix #1, Special Burst #1. Burst #1 Special Phoenix #2, increase the Level of Burst #1 to Level 6. Tribute Phoenix #2, Special Burst # 2, Burst #2 Special's Phoenix #3. Phoenix #3 brings Burst #2 to Level 6. Tribute Phoenix #3 for Burst #3, Special Euphoria. Euphoria brings Burst #3 to Level 6. Synchro Burst #3 with Euphoria -> Lord of Flaming Blades. Lord's eff Special either Euphoria OR Burst. If you Summon Burst, go into 1 Rank 5 and 1 Rank 6 (I'd go Tiras/Bounzer), Or if you go Ephoria, go for Level 8 Synchro + Rank 6 (Stardust/Bounzer looks far more legit). This is probably the strongest and most "specific" combo I can see the deck pulling which is an OTK BUT it's worth running. Most of the time you won't even have 3 Bursts and if you do there's a decent chance you can pull this with some effort using either Phoenix OR Euphoria. It's a decent archtype with decent and solid plays.

Strider Tigerwolf
Testing would still be required. The cards just work like that (Thought process is a gift that I need to refine though). Several decks can swarm easy or in similar fashion, all I had to do was tweak those types of plays into the way these guys worked. By comparison, these guys tend to give off -0s as "End Factors" (when you're done with your play) which is good. TBH, it is a solid archtype as is because it's strong, it's moderately fast, and other cards CAN help with consistency. And you're welcome.
