First Card In a long while, "Dio of Twilight"

So I have been away for a while and decided I would make the final piece to complete the set of Dio cards i have so here it is let me know what you think.

P.S. I am a bit rusty with card maker so yea

here is the effect

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can oly be special summoned by tributing "Dio the Leviathan" from your side of the field. The attack and defense of this monster is equal to 1500x all monsters in your graveyard that have "Dio" in their name. As long as this card remains face up on the feild your opponent cannot play cards that target your gaveyard. Once per turn, both yours and your opponents, you may discard 5 cards to negate this card as a target for attack, spell, trap, or monster effect for that turn.
