Lore for Phoenix: This card can be Special Summoned from your Hand by removing 2 WIND monsters in your Graveyard from play. As long as this card is on the field, once per turn, your opponent must place 1 "Phoenix Feather" counter on each of their monsters. If they do not, they must pay 1000 Life Points. Monsters lose 100 ATK for each "Phoenix Feather" counter on them.

Lore for Woodpecker: If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Deck to your hand. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

Lore for Cosmic Hawk: 1 WIND Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WIND monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to look at 1 card in your opponent's hand. If it is a Spell or Trap card, send it to the Graveyard. If it is a monster card, send it to the Graveyard, then Special Summon 1 monster in either player's Graveyard to your side of the field. This card cannot be destroyed by battle and control of this card cannot be switched.
