What this means is they hit the field often and it also means you can't stop their mill effect (with a few exceptions). This makes them a super swarm based Arch-Type with a high risk of decking out.
saberisthecalling
I'm going to be blunt as possible. I love the card itself and it's effect, but the trap seems pretty much like something that would be banned.

a bad post
Well, I have really nothing bad to point out about this card. First off it fits well into removal play styles IMO kind of like a D.D. Survivor on steroids, which would be its only problem. If you send it to the Graveyard somehow, then you can activate Wrath, and start a loop until your opponent gets rid of Wrath, which is also why Wrath is good, but at the same time slightly OP. The way I see it is play Foolish Burial, drop Void King, play Wrath, start loop, because as long as you have two monsters with different names removed, then this card can keep reviving itself. Then again that's just my humble opinion.

Sora1499
The reason why Wrath is semi-broken is because all cards in the graveyard are considered banished, which opens biiiig doors of brokenness for leviar, Return from the Different Dimension, and banish psychics. I can see it being semi'd. As for Terra, simply because Wrath exists, he is semi-broken. You can give him an ultra-powerful effect from a monster in your graveyard, which is a nice selection if it's late in the duel. You also get the card back to your hand, for free, whivh is inherently semi-broken. However, I say semi- broken because continuous cards don't last long in the meta, so, because of that, it would dodge the shackles of limited or forbidden-ness. In addition to its snazzy effect, its a decent 2.3k monster that recycles. Usable? Hell yeah. Balanced? That's up for debate. All in all, these'd probably be semi'd, but their effects are original and creative, which I like. 8/10My rep, please.

One thing about Wrath though that should be noted is that it's effect only applies to cards that hit the grave after it's activated. So you won't necessarily have resources for King's effect when he hits.
newhat
A completely free Summon? That's not OK. You can banish it with Allure, or dump it to the Graveyard and banish it with Verz Salamandra/BLS. You can return any card, not just monsters, so this has some devious applications with banished Spells and Traps. This card goes infinite with Cannon Soldier and Macro Cosmos.
