Destroy all cards in both players hands and on the field. Draw 1 card if it is a monster card you can special summon it to the field negating all summoning requirements. Unless you got some cards in your hand that are useful in the Graveyard. 1 is a very low number, maybe make it 500 or 1000 even that is pretty low, but at least it's not crazy.
