This monster returns to the hand during the End Phase of a turn that it was Normal Summoned or flipped-face up. When this monster is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up: Target 1 Level 4 or lower Spirit monster in your Graveyard; Summon that target to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position (this Summon is treated as a Normal Summon). There ya go. It's a Monster Reborn for Spirit monsters. Of course there is a Level restriction, for obvious reasons. This gets back your destroyed Spirits for easy Xyz's and power plays. It also triggers their effects, and allow them to return to the hand at the end of the turn. The Level restrictions stops this monster from getting out of hand. Thoughts?
Neutrality Man
Thank you for making Yata-Garasu even more hatable. You know what else lets them be revived? Soul Drain. Anyway good work using the level restrictions. Yamata Dragon and Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi would push this to Ban in my opinion, as it is, it's Limited, Semi-Limit at the best. TheKaitoKid
Soul Drain doesn't allow them to be revived as their effect that disallows them from being Special Summoned doesn't start a chain. This would also never see list action due to the fact that it only has 15 available targets (16 if you count itself, 17 if Yata ever leaves his dungeon) and only like 4 of them ever see any play.
