Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then remove all Fortune Counters from it; Special Summon 1 "Prophecy" monster from your hand or Graveyard with a Level equal to or lower than the number of Fortune Counters removed. newhat
Too slow. It can't target all Spellcasters, just Prophecy monsters. It can't search them from the Deck, so Spellbook of Life is usually more efficient. It only has 2500 ATK, and since you can protect it with Spellbook of Wisdom it will usually leave the field by battle, not effects. The last restriction is huge and painful for such a small gain. Is it supposed to prevent some loop? Is it necessary? This isn't as good as Magical Exemplar, let alone the two Priestesses it would take to bring this out. Love of Ghibli
Well if you did it right you'd probably use something you level fluctuated with Life as material. Though its still not as potent as Exemplar which was said earlier. The fortune counter aspect is sad because if those were spell counters then should could serve another purpose entirely with spell counter spellcasters. Star Hall and Exemplar pretty much out class her so I can't see her getting much play.
