The Gangster's Single

[center]It's been a while, RC seems practically dead to me at this point so i wont be as active as i used to be but meh.[/center]
[center]Anyways lets get straight to the point.[/center]

[center]Summary of today's Single: The card i'm showing for today is a DARK Warrior-type with 1900 ATK.[/center]
[center]When its Normal or Special Summoned you can target a monster your opponent controls and reduce its ATK by 1900 AND it's effect is negated (including when its sent to the grave. If it's attacked by a higher attacking monster it basically reduces the attacker to the same ATK as this card so your card and the attacker both dies.[/center]

[center]Goal of today's Single: Basically the reason why i wanted to make this card was to be able to stop atleast 1 boss monster your opponent may bring out. Mostly, I made this card to particularly counter Elemental Hero The Shining and Absolute Zero. It can also work against many cards who gain effects when they hit the grave such as sangan.[/center]

Regardless, here's what I'll say:

The effect is powerful. Quite powerful. It can completely ruin a monster's effect when it's summoned, and it's reusable, too, through things like Call of the Haunted and Monster Reborn. Right now I have no idea what its level and ATK are, so I'll assume that it's at least level 5 or 6 - which would be just fine for a card like this. It would give decks like monarchs a new option to summon, basically. Otherwise, if it's level 4 or lower, I'd say it's leaning on the overpowered side. It's like an instant, reusable Photoknight Paladius, basically.

The other effect basically gives it more defense once it's summoned, which is okay, I guess... But that makes the card a tad more powerful, even with the destruction effects here and there.

All in all, I'd need to see the full picture to further evaluate it.
