Oh Gandora, how much I used to love thee.

The cannot be special summoned kills 90% of the cards playability. Otherwise, Redrum would have had a huge friend to play with with some help. The few builds that can summon him (Frogs) have better options really. However getting its effect off can be amazingly hilarious.

That and it saying send and not destroy also ruined it. Otherwise I'm sure someone would have gotten a loophole around it by now.
