By "Pick up" Do you mean draw?

If so, a little unbalanced since it's a +1 but you can only use one per turn, and it eats up your normal summon so not too splashable... But decks which heavily rely on special summons like Hieratics, Blackwings, or decks which rarely normal summon at all but just want extra draws like chain burn, final countdown etc could get pretty riduculous with this card. This would also be crazy powerful for chaos dragons last format, but they're mostly benign now.

Would probably get limited eventually.

A little unfamilair with the repercussions which could come of making it a "frog" and the typing, but i can't imagine them being too drastic. Although, this could be annoying in frognarcs with swap frog giving you an extra normal summon for this.
