This card is a +2 to use. Even though you're not getting giant Dragons, you can Normal Summon this, burn it off for a Synchro Summon, and Summon another Dragon from your Deck with the second effect. Or you can search for a White Stone of Legend and discard it for Cards of Consonance.

It's also a Level 4 LIGHT monster, so you can pair it with Alexandrite Dragon for Photoknight Paladius or Constellar Omega. If anything, it might be overpowered.

This shouldn't be able to search your Deck when it's Set.
