I suck at this.

I don't know if I worded the effect wrong or if it just plain sucks. First card in over a year, so feel free to destroy me. I'm such an optimist.

----Effect----This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 or more monsters who's Level equals 6 on your side of the field. This card remains in face-up Attack Position on the field for the number of turns equal to the number of monsters Tributed. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the effects of Spell and Trap cards. Once per turn, you can reduce the Level of an opponent's monster by 1 for 1 turn and destroy 1 or more monsters whose total Level equals 6. Once per turn, your opponent can pay half their Life Points to reduce this card's ATK by 500. When this card's ATK becomes 0, destroy this card.

What happens when you run out of turns on the countdown? It's painful to Tribute a Level 6 monster to bring this guy out for 1 turn, and it's not much more fun to Tribute 3 Ronintoadins to keep this guy out until your next turn.

Its effect might might kill 1 Level 7 monster, or 1 Level 4 monster and 1 Level 3 monster, or some other unlikely swarm of various Levels. Most likely it won't be able to kill anything; 6 is a weird total to have out.

Your opponent would never pay half their Life Points to reduce this card's ATK because it is basically a non-threat, especially as it can't do anything to, say, Leviathan Dragon.

Maybe it could be an obscure Hieratic tech. Most likely not.
