Pocket Monster-Charizard's Effect:If there are 2 or more Rock-Type or WATER monsters on your opponents side of the field, you can activate one of the following effects: -Select one monster on your opponents side of the field and roll a 6 sided die. If the result if 1 or 6, decrease the selected monsters ATK by 500. If the result is 2 or 4, The ATK and DEF of this card is decreased by 200. IF the result is 3, negate this effect and skip your Battle Phase.-Pay 1000 Life Points to halve the ATK and DEF of one WATER or Rock-Type monster on your opponents side of the field.
