Alien Parasite (My first card)

I made this card for an Alien-deck, and it has almost the same effect as Parasite Paracide...

 

If it's hard to read the effect:

 

FLIP: Put this card face-up in your opponent's Deck and shuffle it. When your opponent draws this card, it is Special Summoned on your opponent's side of the field in face-up Defense Position. The Battle position of this card cannot be changed. The controller of this card takes 1000 damage except if he or she puts an A-counter on each monster of their side of the field, except this card. This card cannot be tributed.

I like the idea with this card, a sure fire way to get much needed A-counters on your opponant's monsters. I think though that the effect should be placing one A-counter on just one monster instead of all of them, since the effect is continuous (and any alien duellist in their right mind wouldn't destroy it). Am I right in assuming if this is the only monster your opponent controls, they don't take the damage?

 

I like the design for the parasite, but the background, well, it's a bit lacking compared to the other aliens.
