It's a retrain of a card I made in 2008 when Psychic-Type monsters were first introduced, but I decided it might be time to try and update it for the current format. I'm aware of how powerful the ability to spin cards can be, which is why I added restrictions to it. Just somewhat random, but practical, especially with A Legendary Ocean. Thoughts?
