Phantasm/Chain set

The chain set are additions to "chain destruction"; a well known card. The phantasm set is separate from "chain", although using both in 1 deck would make it really good, imo.

[spoiler=Effect]If your opponent Special Summons a Monster, you can target that Monster and can Tribute this card to send all cards in your opponent's Deck's to the Graveyard of the same name. During your next Standby Phase, if this card was sent to the Graveyard by this effect, you can banish this card to Special Summon 1 "Chain Command-er" from your Hand or Deck, then you can destroy the targeted Monster.[/spoiler]

You can only control 1 face-up "Chain Command-er".[/spoiler]

Are my cards that horrible that no one wants to comment? By the way, i have no idea if there is a "bumping" limit to this forum; what is the limit to the number of times you can bump (or even per day)?
