ITT: I attempt to predict the next new card color class thing.

First there were 6 colors of cards. Yellow, Orange, Violet, Blue, Turquoise and Pink.
This represented the 6 card "classes". Normal, Effect, Fusion, and Ritual Monsters, and Spell and Trap cards.

5Ds introduced a new color and class: White Synchro Monsters
ZeXaL did it again with Black XYZ Monsters

I hereby attempt to predict the next Card Color Class that is made: Green. I call them Zaize Monsters.

A new variant of Levels/Ranks was invented for this concept: Zaize Monster's have neither Levels, nor Ranks, but Classes.

This would be an example of a Zaize Monster: Zaize Warlord. and It is pronouned Z-ice (Take the words "buzz" and "ice", drop the "Buh" sound, put it together)

To Zaize Summon: From your side of the Field, Banish Zaize Material Monsters that have consecutive Levels and/or Ranks totaling the Zaize Monster's Class, as listed on the Zaize Monster card being Summoned.

Zaize Monsters determine on their Zaize Material listing whether a Level or Rank is required for that particular material. It is entirely possible for a Zaize Monster to require both a Level material and a Rank material.Consecutive means the materials will always be like 5-6, 3-4, 7-8, etc. for example, Morphing Jar (Level 2) and Morphing Jar #2 (Level 3) would be a valid material spread for a Class 5 Zaize Summon. But the same Class 5 Zaize Monster cannot be Summoned with Red Eyes B. Chick (Level 1) and Axe Dragonute (Level 4) because the levels aren't consecutive... and the Material list clearly would say "Level 2 + Level 3". Non consecutive levels like 1 and 4 cannot be Zaize Material for the same 2- material Zaise Summon. A Four Material Zaize summon with Levels 1,2,3,and 4 would work if the Zaize Monster demanded that much, though.

Thoughts?

The Level-addition thing is similar to a Synchro Monster, but the consecutive-Level/Rank thing seems arbitrary, not something you'd base a whole mechanic around. Each new Extra Monster type gave some use to existing cards.

Synchro Monsters rewarded Decks that could produce a lot of small monsters that didn't have offensive effects. Nimble Momonga, for instance, or Ojamas.

Xyz Monsters rewarded Decks that could produce several monsters of the same Level, like Worms.
