Slade
All Harpies that specify a "Harpie" monster specifically state "other than "Harpie's Brother".Plus, the picture looks male, as well as it being an extraordinarily weak for a level 8. It automatically takes your field advantage down by 1 when you summon it, and the fact that it only gains 200 for each Harpie on your field (2 of which you got rid of to summon it) makes it a huge disadvantage if your opponent chains Bottomless Trap Hole. Plus, with it having the same base ATK/DEF as Monarchs, it would be vulnerable to Zaborg or Raiza. This is one of the few cards that I've seen that I would say is UNDERpowered. The card itself is pretty well made, besides the "Harpie's Brother" mistake I earlier mentioned.

Rawlyn
Shouldn't it be: ...2 cards that have "Harpie" in their name... ?
CrabHelmet
Unplayably underpowered, for the same reason that Harpie's Pet Dragon is unplayable.
