I really can't stretch out what I want into 45 words to follow the Advance Clause so just for a moment here I'm going to ramble. Firstly, Parshath needs more support period, I love him. Secondly, see the other Parshath Tribute. While they have different effects, without proper support for Parshath himself two of them just wouldn't be viable. As it is I can't run Neo-Parshath decks >_<

Honestly, it's not so bad. Single-card dependence is shaky in our wicked fast meta, so I honestly don't think it would see very much use. What makes it viable is that it can +2 in its lifetime, the final plus being Neo-Parshath, which can accumulate an insane amount if ATK if you play your cards right (pun intended!). Regardless, it's slow and inconsistent given the summoning conditions.
