[/quote] Its hard to tell if its slow or not cuz the current metagame involves ALOT of Special Summoning, whether it be Xyzs, Synchros, etc.. Almost everything involves Special Summoning, and since its worded as "When a monster is Special Summoned" the counters are distributed even if more than one monster is special summoned for the same effect, e.g: Rescue Rabbit. So 1 rabbit effect = 4 counters...pop that and your opponent, if hes playing rabbit, wont be able to do literally anything cuz rabbit builds involve ONLY level 4/Rank 4 monsters. Now that i think about it. The only deck that can REALLY use this card efficiently is Shock master rabbit or i guess rabbit in general, since they do run alot of protection and if u can activate this and rabbit you have 4 counters...then Xyz for evolzar or dolkka and 6 six counters already, pop this in your opponents Main phase 1 and they wont be able to do anything. this might be a good tech but other than that i still find it somewhat slow...any ideas? Should i make it say your opponent can't Summon any monster in general whether it be Normal Summon or Special Summon? Should i make an entirely different version of this card? Quick-play spell? Monster card? i dunno...you need to help me. P.S the effect only applys to your opponent, I made this card because alot of effects that punishes or prevents Special Summons usually effect both players and i really hate that e.g: fossil dyna, archlord kristya, and vanitys fiend... all cards that dont allow BOTH players to special summon. So i wanted to make a card that only prevents your opponent from special summoning a monster but also in a non-broken, neat way. you feel me?
