Suibon
I'm of the opinion that Metamorphosis can come back, unless anyone has a hard-on with two Fusions that aren't played without Metamorphosis, and would be problematic if Fusion Summoning weren't a comedy of errors (thanks Polymerization you piece of f***ing s***).
Miror B
The majority of the cards on the list can be fixed with minor adjustments. Fixable doesn't matter when the card itself is busted. Also, I still don't have that much of a problem with Cyber Twin in Dark Worlds... What about Blaze Phoenix? Or Gatling Dragon? Or maybe JUMBO DRILL!
Suibon
Fixable doesn't matter when the card itself is busted.
What's the problem with Metamorphosis? Surely it can't be its wanton disregard of a poorly-designed mechanic that deserves all the flak I could possibly imagine!
What about Blaze Phoenix? Or Gatling Dragon? Or maybe JUMBO DRILL!
You're telling me combos with any of those are problematic? And even if they are problematic, that's still a few Fusions potentially seeing the banlist against whole roster of otherwise unplayable but non-problematic Fusions that would see play. Quite frankly I'm not seeing the sense in your protestations.

Summon Grapha, Metamorphosis, pull out either a 2800 double attacker, or a 2800 that burns for every card on the field (and DW like to set a lot of s***), or bring out a 2800 monster that can destroy 0 to 3 monsters off of a coin flip. Jumbo Drill is only cuz it works and I love Roids.

There are also plenty of summonable lvl 8s out there. Synchros, Hyperion, Krystia, Barbaros, Gadjiltron Dragon, Cyber Eltanin, GEPD, The Enthusiastic Bear, to name a few. Hyperion is a +0 summon, then +1 destroys something. Outside of that I'd happily -1 for a beater that helps me win, especially Gatling Dragon that plus anywhere from 1-3 depending on the number of heads you get. ihop
Feather Duster is fixable if it only destroys 1 backrow but is a quick-play. Arguing that cards are fixable is pointless because they're not getting fixed.
