Effects are well balanced in my opinion but I no nothing of XYZ monsters, so I can't judge those. I never watch bleach, but I can see each character transforms to some monsters. It's a multiple-times-per-turn Delinquent Duo that makes the Wind-Up Loop look like a joke. All you have to do is Tribute 1 monster to bring it out and it's an almost guaranteed game. So, so broken.
