Neutrality Man
Special Proto-Cyber Dragon, Inferno Reckless Summon 3 CD Zweis in Grave 3 Cyber Dragon in Deck Normally, two of those valid Summons would be sent right to the Grave because there was no room. Not with THIS field spell! Lore: As long as this card remains face-up on the field, there is no limit to the number of monsters both players may control at one time. Monsters Summoned beyond the fifth Monster Card Zone are placed in the middle of the Field, directly above the owner's Monster Card Zones. When this card leaves the field, destroy and banish monsters on both sides of the Field until both players each control 5 monsters or less and inflict 300 points of damage for each monster banished by this effect to their owner's Life Points. Yuni Katt
Well to me it looks pretty good its kinda Overpowered but on the other hand the 2nd part of the effect cancels out the other part so i say 7.5/
Neutrality Man
Oh snap, I just realized what archetype loves this card... Wind-Ups. Those bastards could flood the field with 15 XYZ monsters if they had this.
Spirit of DMG
At first glance, this card is insanely OP'd. Then you realize that if you abuse the first part of the effect and then your opponent plays something like "Burning Ground" or "Heavy Storm" then you're out like, 2000 Life Points. Hmmm... Maybe you should up it to 500 Life Points. Make it a bit more Balanced. Other than that, I have no complaints.
