You can banish 1 "Orc" monster from your hand or Graveyard; Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card can attack up to 2 of your opponent's monster during each of your Battle Phases. During the End Phase of the turn that this card was destroyed; you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Warrior-Type "Orc" monster from your Deck or Graveyard.

While this card is the only monster you control: this card cannot be targeted, or destroyed, by card effects your opponent controls. If you control another monster, this card cannot attack. If you control another face-up "Orc" monster, except "Warrior Orc of Solitude": you can return this face-up card on the field to your Deck; draw 1 card.

Once per turn: this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect). A monster that battles this card loses 500 ATK and DEF after damage calculation, until your next Standby Phase. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase, and its battle position cannot be changed until the End Phase of your next turn.

If exactly 1 monster you control is destroyed by a card effect your opponent controls; you can Special Summon this card (from your hand), and if you do, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card battles a Defense Position monster: inflict piercing Battle Damage to your opponent. Battle Damage this card inflicts by battling your opponent's monsters is doubled, but cannot exceed this card's original ATK.

When your opponent Xyz Summons an Xyx Monster; you can attach this card in your Graveyard to that Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material, and if you do, that Xyz Monster gains this effect.
@ When an Xyz Material(s) is detached from this card: the controller of this card must discard an equal number of cards from their hand, and if they cannot, destroy this card.

When this card destroys a monster by battle: Place 1 Orc-Blood Counter on this card (max. 3). During your turn: you can remove 3 Orc-Blood Counters from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; send that target to the Graveyard, and if you do, until your next Standby Phase this card gains 1000 ATK, but cannot attack your opponent directly this turn.

When this card is sent to your Graveyard, except from your hand or Deck: return 1 of your banished Warrior-Type "Orc" monsters to your Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects.

Once per turn: you can target 1 Warrior-Type "Orc" monster you control, then remove a number of Orc-Blood Counters from your side of the field equal to that target's Level; until the End Phase of this turn, that target can attack your opponent directly, is unaffected by the effects of your opponent's Spell and Trap Cards, and gains 100 ATK for every Orc-Blood Counter removed for the cost of this effect.

If this card would be destroyed by battle: you can remove 2 Orc-Blood Counter from anywhere on the field and place them on this card instead. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect: You can remove 4 Orc-Blood Counters from this card instead, and if you do, destroy 1 card your opponent controls and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Once per turn: you can target 1 face-up Xyz Monster on the field, then remove Orc-Blood Counters from your side of the field equal to that target's Rank; detach 1 Xyz Material from that target, and if you do, you can Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type "Orc" monster from your Graveyard whose Level is equal to or less than the Level of the detached Xyz Material. The effects of Xyz Monsters cannot be activated in response to this effect.

Once per turn, if the only monster you control is a Warrior-Type "Orc" monster: you can Normal Summon 1 Warrior-Type "Orc" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. When a Warrior-Type "Orc" monster is sent to your Graveyard: Place 1 Orc-Blood Counter on this card. All Warrior-Type "Orc" monsters you control gain 100 ATK for each Orc-Blood Counter on this card. When this card with Orc-Blood Counter(s) is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 Warrior-Type "Orc" monster from your hand or Graveyard whose Level is less than or equal to the number of Orc-Blood Counters that were on this card.

Rather than speak of any specific individual cards, I would like to know what your actual overarching theme is.

What binds them together as a Deck and a theme and an ideal besides they have Orc in their name?

Each theme has something (or multiple somethings) specific to them as a whole unit that restricts them but makes them unique to each other, and none of these have any structure, theme, aesthetics or strategy beyond "Cards name Orc with random effects" They don't even have battle effects as a theme in common (though that would make them Amazoness).



Also, if you have to go with "Orc" monsters as a search parameter for theme, you might want to search Orc on Konami's database because it's more than just Giant Orc and Tardy Orc. Don't believe me? [b]Remember Darkness [u]Neos[/u]phere still counts as a "[u]Neos[/u]" monsters[/b]. Even if you want to say "it's only monsters that start with Orc", that's not quite true (and I have to go back into my research to show why) but Neosphere as an example still holds to why the "roid" monster support look for "roid" Machine-Types monsters instead of just roids.

You do have a point, Shinobi: as of right now, the monsters of the Archetype have no other unifying characteristics outside of name (although, taking your [u][b]Neos[/b][/u]phere comment into consideration, I've since made it so that any effects involving them can only work for Warrior-Type "Orc" monsters. This would leave out Giant Orc and Tardy Orc from the rest of the Archetype, but I digress).

My overall idea is to incorporate concepts often associated with Orcish lifestyles and behaviors (despite, one again, the lack of synergy some of the monsters have with each other), such as warrior pride, brute strength, shamanism, etc., as well as throwing in some concepts from Dungeons & Dragons, Elder Scrolls, and so on. Also, starting with the "Orc Stronghold" Field Spell, I'll also release cards that will utilize [b]Orc-Blood[/b] Counters, which for now will be applied when a monster is destroyed and/or sent to the Graveyard.

My only issue with this set of cards is the same as has been mentioned. Finding a way to link the monsters a bit better by more than name would be good, beyond the "Orc-Blood Counters" you mentioned being related to their deaths. I'd suggest effects where one can be special summoned or special summons another by being on the field. That's an effect I'd see working in a set of "Orc" cards.

On a side note, the Orc-Blood Counters are an interesting concept. I don't see a lot of decks that reward spells and traps when your monsters are destroyed. I'm actually quite intrigued to see what effects you add for the Orc-Blood Counters on other spells/traps. Honestly, if I could make a suggestion, maybe something in the line of Six Sam effects, not the same as, but similar. That's just what I'm seeing here.

I honestly like your concept and I think this could work. Barring a lack of monster consistency, the set's balanced so far. It's good!

If you get bored and want to add more to the archetype you could always take ideas from skyrim and such, oh and if you want orc counters you can use an idea I had once, I made an archetype that gained counters every time they got into a battle and removed them to gain effects, why not go for that?
