Total work time: 21 hours total, worked on over the span of a week, yeah I'm slow. I hope you don't mind me posting your Facebook photos on YCM, more people should see the sex that is Alee. I'm satisfied with the focal, the BG's not so much, I was going to add a properly vectored BG with detail but halfway into the landscape I thought a portrait was more suitable and left it simple. It seems as though every time I attempt a large project such as this I always end up outdoing my self, which I enjoy but I really don't have the time, so as much as I'd like to do more of these for other artists I don't see it as a possibility. If it wasn't already obvious this is a gift to a fellow artist, mentor, and friend. Cnc is still welcomed.
.Rai
Somewhere between creepy and genius. Quite like the portrait version actually. Ambient lighting's always cool. Landscape is still very, very impressive. The vectoring is absolutely exquisite. Got to say. Clothing folds have been done well, as well as basically generally everything. Night, you do well at this whole stalking business, don't you?
-DG-
VERY very excellent work! I love the very smooth transitions on the shading, and the robe looks excellently exquisite! The background on the landscape is simple, but it works well because, IMO, it puts tons more focus on the focal, which is never a bad thing! Oh and I love the 5 oclock shadow. Came out VERY nicely! chairman ali
Now everyone knows what I do in my spare time, tie my hair into a bun and stuff. I love it bro. Seriously, this is the tightest gift I have ever gotten in my life. I'm not talking about digital imagery gifts, I'm talking about actual gifts whether it is a birthday gift or any other gift. The is pure beauty. Watch out for your angle though. And the trapezius on the left looks a bit muscular than on the right. Anatomy is a hard task to understand but respect for trying bruv. Much love <3, I'm gonna make this my fb cover.
RickiMinaj
Your vectoring is clean, but your texture application and utilization could always use improvement. You seem to have lack on the landscape background after you finished the samurai. In addition, the portrait background and the foreground (more specifically the outfit of the samurai) causes my head to go loopy. It's just very actively textured, therefore they crash. I love how the piece layout works, and the amount of effort you put into it is A+. Goldstar for you.
