Name: Guardian Gardna
Level 5/ LIGHT/ Fairy-type/ Effect
ATK: 2400
DEF:1200
Effect: You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its original ATK is halved. If you control no other cards on the field you can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 monster from either players graveyard. You can only activate this effect once per turn.

I have no idea where i was going with this frankly =(. It doesnt seem that good IMO but hey its up to you guys to decide.

I... I just don't know. On one hand, it's a monster version of reborn. On the other, it's situational and would probably clog most of the time. Maybe some wacky agents build could use this to bring back dat Hyperion, but really, I don't think it'd see an awful lot of use because its inconsistent. So yeah, dem mixed feelings...

Borked. To have an empty field is not unusual, and it would be absolutely worth your Normal Summon to bring any monster back from the Graveyard. Mermail combo needs a discard? Go get Abysspike. Shark lonely in the hand? Revive Magician, or Rat if you wanna. Both players are topdecking? I'll take that Gorz from aaanybody.

It is stronger than Call of the Haunted, only marginally less than Monster Reborn. Being a Tributeless Level 5 LIGHT Fairy is just icing.

I have mixed feelings. On one hand it's a monster reborn. On the other, it really is helpful. Usually you would have an empty field by 2 ways: 1. First turn, but this wouldn't be able to summon anything unless you/your opponent dumped stuff in the grave. 2. You are losing and it's mid game, this would really help make a comeback. It would be a 'top deck and win' or a 'useless through whole duel' card.
