You can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If you control a Spell/Trap Card(s), or have a Spell/Trap Card(s) in your Graveyard: Destroy this card. Negate the effects of Effect Monsters this card destroys by battle.

When this card is Normal Summoned: Pick up the top 3 cards on your Deck. If there is a monster (minimum 1) that can be Normal Summoned among the picked-up cards, Special Summon that 1 monster (if any), then shuffle the other 2 cards into the Deck, also, if there is no monster that can be Special Summoned by this effect, shuffle all 3 cards into the Deck. If any of the picked up cards are not a Monster Card, shuffle all 3 cards into the Deck and banish this monster.

The first one is downright useless because every halfway decent deck runs at least 10 s/t cards, and the reward for committing to an all-monster deck honestly isn't that good with this card. I'd rather run photon thrasher or gene-warped warwolf.

The second one is pretty interesting in that its a generic celfon with 1700 ATK and a level 4 label, making it good for both Xyz and synchro plays. It might be a bit of a gamble, but I think that a quite a few decks would make good use of this card. In fact, it *might* hit the list for being an easy and costless +1. That being said, I can't really approve if this card because it is, as I have said before, a +1 for no reason whatsoever. Is it god awful in our meta? No, just abusable.

So yeah, mixed feelings about these.
