Sora1499
Wut. Bannable. Holy crap. No, I don't care about its ATK decrease effect, that's irrelevant. The reason why this card would hit the list instantly is that it is a level 6 dragon-type beater that doesn't freaking die. Now, before you ask, how the hell would you dump this? Here's how: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hieratic_Dragon_King_of_Atum It's like a treeborn frog on crack that makes rank 6s and level 8 synchs extremely easy and downright unfair. And think of all dem hieratic loops... No, Zazu, just no.
Agro
As stated before, this card is a Treeborn Frog on crack. Do you know why? Well let's start off with the fact that your once per turn clause is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. The SECOND that this card is removed from the Graveyard, it's effect is reset so that you can special summon it from the graveyard an infinite amount of times per turn. For no cost. It will continuously revive itself to go into an Xyz to be detached and SS'd again. It's not just a reborn on crack, it's a Hieratic-supporting Grapha on crack. And even if it were only once per turn, it'd STILL be broken because it's a Level 6 Dragon-Type monster that's a free +1 every turn whenever you want it. Zazubat
I could make it banish itself after being summoned this way, plus once per duel if that's what ya want
Sora1499
It'd still be broken even then, just not impossibly broken. That's really the only course of action you can take, but all that does is solve the blatantly obvious problems. Hieratics would still abuse the crap out of it.
