Synchronized
If you control a WIND monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up card on the field; return that target to the top of its owner's Deck. You can only control 1 "Elemental Raizer". If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card (by battle or by a card effect): You can target 1 Set card on the field; return that target to its owner's hand.
So this was a somewhat random idea that I came up with as the 3rd card in my Tech of the Day Series. (Note: this isn't really a "daily" series, since I don't have that much creativity right now with the end of the semester, so it sort've happens as it happens, but whatever.) With Road to the Tachyon Galaxy getting plenty of hype lately (and before Cosmo Blazer even comes out, no less), I figured it would make sense to design a WIND monster that offers some support to various Decks, such as Harpies, Phantom Beast Machines, and even a few other obscure ones I can't really think of at the moment. This card is a Level 6 monster, and I know that's immediately going to draw similarities to Raiza the Storm Monarch. It functions similar to Raiza, in that it spins a card, but you don't have to Normal Summon it to get that ability. You can Special Summon it. However, you're restricted to controlling 1, and it has 1500 ATK, meaning it's significantly easier to run over and much less of a problem than Raiza. If, for some reason, your opponent negates the Summon or something like that, you can still bounce a Set card, so it has its benefits regardless. Personally, I think it's a very solid tech.
