Maiden of Chains

I think chains should be known for something other than Burn, this is an idea i've been throwing around in my head for a while now and decided to make a start. Any suggestions?

This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special Summon this card from your hand when a card is activated that is Chain Link 4 or higher. This card gains 500 ATK each time you chain a card in response to your opponents card. When this card successfully inflicts damage to your opponent this card loses 500 ATK. You can Tribute this face-up card when your opponent activates a card that is Chain Link 4 or higher to negate the effect of every card in that Chain and Special Summon 1 Fairy-type monster from your hand or Deck.

I quite honestly don't see this getting much play if it was released. I mean, on top of the extremely situational summoning conditions (a chain requires two people, keep in mind), the card's effects are super UP. I mean SUPER UP. Apart from the last effect. My advice would be to lower the summoning conditions to at least Chain Link 3 and remove the effect that minuses the ATK stat. And still it might not get much play, except in a Counter Fairies deck.

You can create chain links by yourself too. eg.
Reckless Greed > Reckless Greed > Reckless Greed

So you don't necessarily need your opponent to do anything, although, it helps if they use cards like MST or monster effects.

Even if your opponent doesnt respond that's 3 chain links. Thats why I feel this would be easy to incorporate into a deck with a lot of chainable cards.

I'll see about lowering it to 3 chain links when I make a few more cards in this archetype and see how well it fits.

EDIT: lowered the amount of attack it looses. It is meant to be a card that keeps field presence and not become an instant beater. It also doesn't lose attack when attacking a face-down monster
