I like it. Not sure what the point is though. The effect of "Field Spells cannot be activated the turn this card is destroyed" doesn't make sense cause they would just activate the Field Spell if they had it in there hand to activate. Want me to help with the OCG? I won't unless you ask me to. (Although this one looks kinda hard lol it might take some thought.)

The point is to remove each other's backrow during each of their end phases. I guess it's more for meta than anti-meta decks

The eff "Field Spells cannot be activated the turn this card is destroyed" so that if a person manages to destroy the field spell card (in their turn) they cant activate any until their next turn.

So I guess if you destroy it during your turn after it's activated, then you can't play your own? I guess that makes sense. But still needs an OCG fix. Here, I'll do my best:

[i]Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Other Field Spells cannot be activated until the 2nd End Phase after this card's activation. Field Spells cannot be activated the turn this card is destroyed by card effect. During either player's End Phase: The Turn Player's opponent targets 1 Set Spell/Trap Card they control; send that target to the Graveyard. The targeted card cannot be activated in response to this effect unless the owner of that card pays 500 Life Points.[/i]
